Filmy update: TV channels refuse to promote Sunny Leone's film?...

When Sunny Leone ventured into Bollywood, she found it hard to get her fans to look past her image of an adult-entertainment star in the past. As an actor, she got success by doing films such as Jism 2 (2012), Ragini MMS 2 (2014), Hate Story 2 (2014) and Ek Paheli Leela (her latest release). But apparently, her stereotypical former image is stuck with her and is harming the promotional activity of her next that co-stars Ram Kapoor.

An insider says that ahead of the film's release, the makers are facing difficulty in promoting the film on TV as most General Entertainment Channels (GEC) have refused to have Sunny promote the movie on their shows. "While most films are promoted on daily as well as reality shows, many GECs refused to let Sunny appear in them. They reasoned that they can't promote anything erotic on their family channels," says the source from the film's unit.

Tech buzz Asus Zenfone 2: The 'world's first 4GB RAM smartphone' coming to India today

Asus which had given the media a preview of its new flagship smartphone - the Asus Zenfone 2 - is all set to launch what it calls the "world's first 4GB RAM smartphone" for the Indian market today at an event in New Delhi.

The phone was first unveiled at CES 2015 and features an all-new design, 13-megapixel PixelMaster camera, and a 64-bit Intel Atom Z3580 processor with 4GB RAM.

The phone has a brushed-metal finish and concentric-circle detailing. It has a curved case that tapers to an incredibly thin 3.9 mm at the edges. It comes with a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS+ screen with an ultra-narrow bezel that reduces ZenFone 2's overall size.

According to Asus, its 3000mAh battery provides more than enough power to get through the day, and it also features fast-charge technology for dramatically-reduced recharge times.

Apart from the Zenfone 2, the company will also launch a 10000mAh power bank and two other mobile accessories at its April 23 event. While the company has kept under wraps what the two other accessories could be, we assume one of them to be a pair of earphones.
